As what wrote in the tittle, I visit some friends who were making some sushi. So indirectly I learn a little bit about how to make them.
First we need to cook the rice. It is a bit sticky compare to Malaysia. And we mix it with some vinegar.
Then we prepare some of the content or known as “inti dalam”. We have crabs fillet, some tuna mix with moyonese, cucumber and fried sweet egg(mix with sugar).
First we spread the sticky rice on the seaweed, but left like 1cm on the other side to attach it to end the roll. Then just put the “inti” on one side and roll the seaweed with some pressure to make it a bit compress.
To make it easy, wet your hand with salt water to prevent the rice sticking to your hand. And also to glue the last 1cm part with it.
Lastly, just cut them and decorate them with your way. They said you eat them with wasabi and soy sauce. But we don’t have wasabi that time.
Actually it was a simple dish. Just combine some of it together, roll it and done. We enjoy it together and keep some in refrigerator for tomorrow.
